1. Not employee friendly 2. No growth opportunities and promotions are based only on seniority 3. Hikes are disastrous, makes you feel overworked and underpaid 4. No performance metrics for employees or any sorts of KPI in place. No perfomance review of any sort until your first year hike where you're not even shown the reviews you got.

Small company, we'll get a very few good people and friends, we'll learn to handle different people and team management

Dislikes

They don't have an experience in running a company so they will be trying and testing everything on employees and if you get caught, they'll fire you at that same day. Management has ego issues so if you have experience in handling different people you can survive for an year

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
