Work Domain is good. During Lockdown Salary was reduced and till date never revised.

Dislikes

Company has a variable pay policy and pays in two installments in December and March i.e. first installment after 8 months after completion of appraisal year and 2nd Installment in the month of March i.e. after 12 months of year. Company will not pay the variable pay if an employee resigns or terminates the employment during this variable pay out period. Medical Health Insurance is too low i.e. 1.5 lakh for family, however you can top up with additional payment.

So much of politics and bossism creats unhealthy and illetarate employee group.

For few people its kind of Govt office you work or not you will get your salary but for others its difficult to breath with the type of people. Company / then Finance VP want his employee to stretch beyond office hours but not ready to provide cab for late logoff. Irrespective of your family emergencies , you have to come to office and work. Not only the VP but others also so insensitive and irresponsible towards the employee feeling and emotions. Those who can do a "Ji Hajuri", its a nice place.
