only dislike about the company is that the salary is very less even after working for 3 + years .company should be paying the employees as per the market and there dedicationto there work

As a common man we all are thinking about salary, carrier growth, standard nothing is there 1.Worst increments, 2.Worst working pattern, 3.No promotions for 5 to 10 years still people are working 4. No problem will be resolved the HR TEAM (hr failure team), changing of Rapi scan
