Might be good for engineers but not for finance professional.

Dislikes

.... Too much bossism. Totally unfriendly to employees; specially entry level ones. Poor salary structure as they manipulate your basic with some other allowance to make the CTC look great but there won't be much in take home salary. And they don't allow employees to leaves into consideration while exiting; they are forced to serve 90 days notice.

Work life balance is good, salary on time.

Dislikes

No promotion at all, salary increment for belo manager post is very less, Senior person will take all benefits good rating and increment. Three months notice period they release you forcefully they will make you serve three months notice period. In Five years I got only 2 lac increment from base salary which I have joined.

Dislikes

Becoming less employee-oriented and lacks respect for its workforce. There's a noticeable decrease in open communication, leading to confusion and dissatisfaction. Employees feel undervalued due to the absence of recognition for their hard work, and there's a worrying trend of increased work expectations without consideration for work-life balance. Despite providing feedback, little action has been taken to address these issues. I believe it's crucial to encourage open dialogue, recognize employee achievements, and promote a healthier work environment

... Saturday off. Very rigid criteria for promotion. Very low salary increment. It will forfeit your variable pay if you are not going to work for next year. Every piece of information is confidential here (even if it is available in public domain) and requires the Group Chairman’s approval for sharing. So, you may struggle to know the business itself.

Company gives good salary to fresh aspirants

Dislikes

Old employee is getting too low salary in the company And medical insurance is also too low. Promotion is not available. Some employee of gmr is take retirement on same designation which they got.
