...are very low paid for the work load and no growth in salaries and no promotions. My colleagues in other companies getting more than double salary. Our company recruiting outsiders in high wages and not giving importance to our seniority or loyalty.

No job security, no career growth, no salary growth/appraisal, no minimum salary and life balance.

Company was very good work environment is good but management is very bad there is no career growth no hike only influence persons will get salary hike .I worked 5.6 years there is no hike only who is favour to manger there only gets hike for hard workers won't get any awards and recognization

Bad appraisal and promotion policy, corruption at higher level,internal politics, sir/madam culture, egoistic management, no work from home, no learning’s, no appreciation and award.

Becoming less employee-oriented and lacks respect for its workforce. There's a noticeable decrease in open communication, leading to confusion and dissatisfaction. Employees feel undervalued due to the absence of recognition for their hard work, and there's a worrying trend of increased work expectations without consideration for work-life balance. Despite providing feedback, little action has been taken to address these issues. I believe it's crucial to encourage open dialogue, recognize employee achievements, and promote a healthier work environment

Work life balance is good, salary on time.

Dislikes

No promotion at all, salary increment for belo manager post is very less, Senior person will take all benefits good rating and increment. Three months notice period they release you forcefully they will make you serve three months notice period. In Five years I got only 2 lac increment from base salary which I have joined.
