Work life balance is good, salary on time.

No promotion at all, salary increment for belo manager post is very less, Senior person will take all benefits good rating and increment. Three months notice period they release you forcefully they will make you serve three months notice period. In Five years I got only 2 lac increment from base salary which I have joined.

Despite providing feedback, little action has been taken to address these issues. I believe it's crucial to encourage open dialogue, recognize employee achievements, and promote a healthier work environment

... Saturday off. Very rigid criteria for promotion. Very low salary increment. It will forfeit your variable pay if you are not going to work for next year. Old employee is getting too low salary in the company And medical insurance is also too low. Promotion is not available. Some employee of gmr is take retirement on same designation which they got.
