Likes

They give lots of training to there employees to do the work well. Knowledge sharing by training department is good think. Good training department available for employees.

Dislikes

They maintain partiality in Salary and promotions and Hr department do not responsive/ favors for employees. Management level is not Good for employees.

Yes ,Good work place with good support senior persone. we want personnel development in our work.Good working environment and culture at Gmmco Ltd. Team members are supportive.

Few of the bosses are great to work with and they genuinely encourage and appreciate quality work and foster growth.

...d earned money and all under the guise of calling themselves an ethical company. Salary and appraisals are better not spoken about.

... years so had good opportunities to develop and get trained . Politics is less . Compensation reasonably alright though not much for future after retired . During working alright

Death numbers of working colleagues during covid 19 pandemic was high . Once an employee gets over 55 years age he has nothing to get much and post retirement financial securing is not there in compensation . It is like transactional relationship owners and employees
