...and Monday and sit out any one day in between, it will be considered a sandwich. They also have a poor appraisal policy where they terminate high-salary employees without prior intimation. Targets are allocated based on experience, and if you don't meet your monthly target, your salary is deducted. You are required to complete 8 hours in the system; otherwise, your salary is deducted. There is only a 45-minute break time, and if you are late by even 3 minutes, your salary is deducted. The managers are toxic, and their main focus seems to be monitoring you via CCTV 24/7. If you speak to someone from another team, they ask you why you spoke to them.

Only good thing about the company is they provide free dinner and that too not up to the expectations.

Dislikes

Average salary package, no cab service, no leaves or permission in probation period(6 months), no employee perks like PF/Insurance, and no job security since it is a small company. They fired many employees without giving prior warning letter or notice period. School like environment with no fun at work.

Well knowledged people’s are sitting as a normal employee. Those who didn’t know anything they were working as senior managers, TL & GC’s

The management have to focus on knowledgeable person to develop the company more effectively and efficiently.
