No management/Co ordination or very less management/co ordination system for work atmosphere You will not get your requested stuff on time, always delayed a lot Last but not least - If you ask any thing about your salaries or leaves or work structure or anything , HR will not give clear cut answer. He will try to confuse you and at same time you will feel you understood the answer but reality is different.
