Still Salary comes on time

Dislikes

organization structure not good. Skilled staff and manpower not available. HR functions is very poor. Nobody bothered about his job because of HR culture. work pressure too high. Production Planning and Control is too Much poor because of no skilled person. Technical staff also not available.

Good work environments. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.
