Very best working experience in the GLS elopak company. Well educated and Best employee in this company.company inside environment to much good.

Environment not good because in winter season on day 2 to 3 degree temperature.and other days very hot days.

Dislikes

I like my job, but my employer has room for improvement regarding staff retention. We’ve had a lot of turnovers, so when we get an email announcing yet another employee is leaving, I can sense the team’s attitude as a whole deteriorating. I’ve enjoyed all the projects and work, and the office atmosphere is lovely.
