Dislikes

Very less salary, too much work pressure, over work, no respect, Employees are treated like robots They won't give leave even when we are sick. They ask for medical certificate as proof. When the shift changes you need to work for continuous 8-10 days. They don't care about your health. The TL is horrible. There is lot of politics in office. Even though you meet all the targets you will get only basic salary. They keep the monthly targets(csat) as 5 rating when the company rating is only 3.5 everywhere..lol. They make you feel low. Please donot join this company.

This work environment with my team and with other teams were great. I had the best manager and team ti support me.

Dislikes

Salary and promotion was not satisfactory at Glowtouch, besides that all other things were good

...ly less for the work which they make us do. It's only 15k in hand and 20k total. They do as they please, and increase the targets or increase work without even considering how we feel about it and there is no increase in salary. 1 year, salary hike is 1.5k. That's all. They have so many ongoing issues which affect their customers experience and make both customers and those who work here suffer. Nothing actually works here. Really bad experience.

I really wish I had something to like, but there is nothing. Cruel Managers Cab facility ( cab drivers very rude) Food Coupon (name sake once you get WFH, even if you had to come to office for some work, they won't provide coupon) Life is excellent in Diya only for HRs and other departments (other than Technical support engineers)

Lets start with the work details: * 9 hours of work (8 hrs 20 mins work and only 40 mins break) -- even if your break exceeds for 1 or 2 mins, they will mark it as red in Work report, and immediately start calling you. * Handle 4 chats ( all categories of chat- billing, sales, tech) So just imagine you have to deal with 4 diff customers with 4 diff issues at the same time. You have to make sure to reply to customers within 2-3 mins. You also have to try to do sales, lead pass and onboarding. (There are targets for these). You also have to fill in complete details for each chat case (what was the issue & what you did to fix it) You have to send opening statement to all customers within 40 seconds of chat arrival. *Random shift timings- 3:30 am, 1:30 am, etc * If ur TM is on off/leave and u ping doubts to other TMs on Teams they ignore ur messages (some TMs keeps their status offline) * Sometimes customers are very abusive and we still have to listen to them *Their servers keep going down and we have to face the angry customers *Even if a customer is asking for manager, the manager won't be ready to take chat, hence the customer will get more angry on us and give us bad ratings, which will impact our overall performance

As I was working as an Analyst, I developed some skills as that was the only way to get out of the company.

Dislikes

Honestly, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor Management, worst work-life balance, no promotions, no skill development, company has a school-life culture. In an interview, they misinterpret the Job roles which in return the candidate will suffer working with different roles.
