...it for the CEO position also. my salary is been held for 2 and more months, Mr. Sreenivas Shetty always fools His company employees into requesting to provide salary on time But but But!!!!!!!! Do not believe him once it does not work for him, He will kick you out!!!! WITHOUT GIVING SALARY I Personally experienced I lost around 40thousand(2months salary) THIS IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO MAKE SURE YOU PEOPLE AWARE OF IT.

...od about this company. They is no growth and there is no employee benefits also. I didn't get my salary from past 3 months. The founder of this company is least bothered about there employees pays. There is no proper paperwork in this company. They are not supporting their employees financial as well as carrer wise.

....e Mr Srinivas Reddy is least bothered about paying salaries to there employees. I didn't receive my salary from past 3 months. He dont even care to respond their employees to inform. There is no employee benefits take care work-life is horrible. No support in financial as well as growth in carrier

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
