I worked at glokal junction as an assistant bartender and my experience there was above average. Management there is quite good and the working environment is also enjoyable. They used arrange training for the working staff every month regarding service and knowledge on spirits and various classic dishes. So you can say there's many things to learn at glokal junction. The knowledge and experience I Gained from there helped me to grow as a knowledge bartender when I switched. Also the experience at glokal when quite in handy when I went for a job at another outlet.

Dislikes

The only thing I disliked about glokal junction was that the growth for employees was slow. You have to work there for a very long time to get promoted (more than a year or two) as compared to other outlets.
