Good Work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

Globussoft is one of the finest IT company I have came across so for. Timely salary, yearly bonues are two major perks here. The work enviroment is comfortable and one gets a lot of exposure and learning while worrking here.

The notice period policy should be revamped. Also, there should me more teamouting for establish better connects and team understanding.

Bhive and rich people from globussoft were giving snacks for their b'day or special event.. that is the only good thing😅

...ce and helping other teammates is very less, 1 or 2 people in team used to help. And salary wise no salary hike will be there. They find reasons to not give u hike.. honest and loyalty is not worth there
