No Career Growth, No Creativity, No Innovation, doesn't adapt to the latest technologies, moreover there is no Testing rule followed. Every Employees whosoever has joined is counting their days to pass on and complete their bond.

Compensation is decent, but growth is much slower than expected. Work Pressure is very much higher. Managers donot value an individual's unique strength, wgich is why every Employees don't try to stay here after thier bond is completed. Appreciation mails will hardly be reviewed.

...ce and helping other teammates is very less, 1 or 2 people in team used to help. And salary wise no salary hike will be there. They find reasons to not give u hike.. honest and loyalty is not worth there
