Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

None. The company is pathetic. Avoid joining this company at all costs.

Dislikes

1. They pay below market standards i.e between 8-12K per month. 2. The management and staff think they own their employees. Even basic drinking water isn't available in the office. 3. They glorify the role by calling it HR Executive. In reality you're basically an office girl or boy running errands for their client companies. 4. Incase there is a clash of opinion, they will fire you immediately without any notice. Which is illegal according to the labour laws. And its so ironic considering they are a company that provides services of statutory and labour law compliances. 5. Office is pathetic.
