Nothing they are cheapters bloody RBL AM sunil was cheapest person and he is a lyar . I was very ill and I also shared medical report pls no one helps me that time OUr team leader was use less Also HR . They Abscone me . I hate this Company 😏😏😏

One thing I really enjoyed about working at Globiva was the great team dynamic. I was fortunate to have made some wonderful friends at work and also our TL and seniors were very cooperative and supportive

• The work culture is good. • No one shouts at you. • There is no micromanagement kind of things. • Colleagues are cooperative. • Infrastructure is good. • In Globiva, you will get to know about hierarchy. How management works in hierarchy.

• No Learning & Professional Development • Low salary • Desktop work, even for HR Profile • Restrictions in Desktop • The office starts at 9:30 am, there is 15 mins buffer time i.e., 9:45 am. If you get late by 9:45, they'll mark you absent. • No office parties, fest celebrations, only public holidays are off • Through IJP, they give promotions to Customer Support executive Profile to HR Profile.

No salary on time. Hr department will not communicate with you and are disrespectful. Specially Hr named Shatakshi and Prabhleen Kaur are horrible and very disrespectful.They were dismissive, uninterested and showed complete disregard for your time and effort as if they couldn't care less. I would strongly advise jobseekers to proceed with caution when dealing with this organisation as a whole.
