...different position and assign you different tasks. Don't ever join this company. There is lot of communication gap, they don't give you salary. Instead of giving salary, they demand money from you. And Karine is totally fake lady don't ever trust her or work with her.

There is a lot of higher management politics. They literally put gun on their employees to get the work done. They don't pay their partners who work as freelancer for their company. Worst company to work with.

Poor management, no career growth and really terrible experience overall. I don't recommend anyone to join this company. It's a waste of time.

Globibo us great workplace to learn and gain knowledge. Staff is young and encouraging.

Dislikes

workload is bit high. Processes are not so clear. I guess this is because the company is new and handling multiple clientle. Things are improving.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
