There is nothing to like in this company. No motivation to work.

Dislikes

No Compensation and no growth. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. No appreciation and every employee tries to demotivate the new employee. Management people is saying infort of new employees that they can support and give priority to old staffs only. This company doing business in a wrong way and completely spoiling the market.

Amazing company for a beginner to start with. Good colleagues with innate knowledge of work. Seniors are very much reachable for assistance. Great management system flows through out the company. A ship which has seen many storms and never seen a distress this is because of constructive administration and management.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
