Company crowd is good and very friendly also the working environment is really wonderful. Easily approachable managers and other staff. Events are good as we forget the work pressure.

Dislikes

Growth and compensation is poor. Though we work hard and sincerely nobody notice it and at the time of increment gives excuses.

Teammates are very supportive, yes of course internal politics is there but that is may be for appraisal or career

Salary is average & there is no any portal for Jr employees to access there salary slips or leaves & other form 16,

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible

They will fire you on non perfomance. They ample time to improve your skills( Depends on process) There will be Job security

...rement on promotion are pathetic as well. They are miser when it comes to money. They need everything but don't want to pay.

Concentrix was a great company to work with, great management and leaders They provide 100% job security, even at the time of business rampdown they provided employment to everyone not a single person was asked to resign.

Dislikes

Salary, only reason why I resigned from the job was the salary, the salary that they are offering at Ranchi location is very less. I worked there for around 3 years starting salary was 10000 and after 3 years the increment that they made was us just 4000 In which even I promoted once.
