IrresponsibleHR team. Salary will not be paid and your job has nothing to do with what they mentioned on LinkedIn job description. All you have to do is adjust to their requirements which is their personal life requirements. In case if u looking for Proper EA job this is not for u. They will say EA and treat you much bad than any Admin person in office expect you to do irrelevant work in regards to your job. In long run mistreatment towards employees is very common here. I don't suggest you EA position and other positions are very good . Couldn't bare this and left it immediately.

Great Hierarchy and appraisals, Good Timely Bonus Perks. Directors, Top management is very Helpful and supportive. Great place to grow and nurture yourself.

The HR TEAM IS VERY POORLY MANAGED. Very Inexperienced, Unprofessional, Rude, with employees, Hits at Personal Aspects, Brings down morale , Irrelevant Comments and INHUMANE BEHAVIOR from HR MANAGER on employees. No Redressal Take ups ok inspite of repeated issues resolvance request. ELSE THE ORGANIZATION IS VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH.

... wholeee team before term of 1 year so they don't have to increase their salary. And didn't even pay for the month of firing. It's so shameful. Then theyre gonna trap new freshers to come work and fire them before it's their time. If it was a good experience for you that's good for you, but if youre new and thinking to work here. Be on a outlook on how to things work for other employees and most of them are used to this unfair treatment. So, get out and work in a real good and just company.

...rofessionalism, lacks knowledge in everything, biased culture, even the HR team. Had worked for 7 yrs and then was given Threat mail to pay 3 months salary to them or legal charges when I wanted to move on in career. Toxic culture in the team even. Though the Director and founder are good people. Dont trust this So called Goti Head please

... in Non Usa because of Country Head- Goti. Full of Favouritisms, Mental torture. She demanded money 3 months salary from many old employees to give experience letters, Body shames employees. Company owners are very good and considerate. office politics only after the management changes made. Please be aware, better to join Usa Team.
