To be honest, there are only a few points which you will like about Globallogic. Some of them are better infrastructure, nice work place, salary on time.

Dislikes

There are a lot of hierarchical politics which will not allow you to grow though you have achieved all the milestones in terms of your work performance. Management is very poor and there is no proper compensation for your achievements. Overall you will be in a comfort zone and will not be able to go forward for better career opportunities.

Many employees appreciate flexible work hours and remote work options.People often highlight a collaborative and inclusive environment.There are ample opportunities to grow within the company with internal mobility and mentorship programs.

Dislikes

Many employees feel the salary is not always competitive compared to other IT companies.Depending on the project, workloads can be high, especially with tight deadlines.There are fewer chances to work onsite (abroad) compared to some other IT companies.Promotions and appraisals can be slower in certain projects or departments.

Dislikes

One area I find less satisfying at GlobalLogic is the appraisal and salary structure. While the work and learning opportunities are great, the compensation sometimes doesn’t feel fully aligned with the effort and responsibility involved. A more competitive salary and clearer appraisal process would be motivating and could enhance overall job satisfaction.

Work load is nominal. You can easily integrate into a team as fresher.

Dislikes

No salary hike and cheap tricks to tie you down on the same payroll. The new CEO and higher managemenr doesnt give a bats eye to employee expectations.

Work life balance, easy projects nothing more to learn in these projects.

Dislikes

Salary in hand is really low u can expect as a fresher salary around 12500 (in-hand). nothing to learn here. Skill development is not good here.
