Salary structure they have given is nice and fixed salary, no variables. Appreciations are good here.

Low technology growth Low opportunity, after tryied hard to get but not given by telling the dependency reason or they can give option to stretch and do but designation will not be given even if you have previous similar experience. But it's again might depends on the project you get, as per the projects opinion might differs.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management. Good salary and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. One the job training is not give to new joinees.

Job security is good as compared to some other service based company.

Bad work life balance, legacy projects, No Hike, No promotions. Toxic work culture that will lead to burnout and no feedback for improvement. Only work and work.

...bal logic office. They are hiring good engineers for the support work for Adobe. They will give you higher pay but work culture toxic. Everyday you are facing escalations from clients. They dont let you use your phone. No holidays, you need to spend daily of 13 hrs to complete the work. Its a loop, don’t go there, the longer you stay there, you will end up loosing your dev skills. You also would fired up after one year.

...career. They give amole opportunities for every individual to prove their worth. Though they don't match the industry standards coming to the compensation, they are the best company to give u a proper work life balance.
