...bal logic office. They are hiring good engineers for the support work for Adobe. They will give you higher pay but work culture toxic. Everyday you are facing escalations from clients. They dont let you use your phone. No holidays, you need to spend daily of 13 hrs to complete the work. Its a loop, don’t go there, the longer you stay there, you will end up loosing your dev skills. You also would fired up after one year.

One area I find less satisfying at GlobalLogic is the appraisal and salary structure. While the work and learning opportunities are great, the compensation sometimes doesn’t feel fully aligned with the effort and responsibility involved. A more competitive salary and clearer appraisal process would be motivating and could enhance overall job satisfaction.

1. Managers are making the process as BPO. 2. Work culture is degrading day by day. 3. Some bad hiring making process dull.

Most shift changes happen once every 3 months. They give limit free service of vending machine and 2 time meal provided in day shift.

Dislikes

Food quality is worst. Salary deduction is a regular scheme for no good reason. Process change happens frequently which hurdles in better incriment percentage.

I'm working in Globallogic from past 2 year. I want to tell you that you should never ever joined Globallogic for career growth. You will never be treated as an employee for them you are a labour
