One area I find less satisfying at GlobalLogic is the appraisal and salary structure. no salary growth means yearly the avg they increase per person 200-300 and promotions are giving only political wise who is near to them they will get. one year work is good this company.

Very less salary given and no promotion no appraisal. Appraisal was 100rs hahaaaa....and no career growth.even u give 6 years in the gl.
