...lly great. But his greatness was again suppressed by his fellow team managers. Salary that they provide is very less. I had a decent salary but as per to what i have seen with others its very less. I mean they lose their valued contributers just bcos they dont pay them much.

Many employees feel the salary is not always competitive compared to other IT companies.Depending on the project, workloads can be high, especially with tight deadlines.There are fewer chances to work onsite (abroad) compared to some other IT companies.Promotions and appraisals can be slower in certain projects or departments.

So many Cons here never seen incinteves including in the salary package and worst leadership and not in friendly environment and it one type of corporate school still asking doctor certificate for one day

Dislikes

One area I find less satisfying at GlobalLogic is the appraisal and salary structure. While the work and learning opportunities are great, the compensation sometimes doesn’t feel fully aligned with the effort and responsibility involved. A more competitive salary and clearer appraisal process would be motivating and could enhance overall job satisfaction.

The project level learning is good and can't be extended beyond a limit. We can work on our learning curve and learn much things. We can't get much monetary benefits here, so demand and get a higher CTC when you join.

Dislikes

...en for certifications, we can't get reimbursed as they have a ton of conditions. The Longevity bonus from client that was promised when joining has not been provided. Since they don't have this in written in Appointment letter, they are not responding sensibly to this when questioned.
