Work Life Balance is pathetic especially in Hitachi and VZ projects. Skill development is not something that would improve here, because rushing to complete the work is focused than quality work. Politics. Appraisal ZERO in 2.5yrs, I spent there.

Bee there for 3years and no hikes. Managers are manipulating saying outside market is too bad don’t switch and the mean time no hikes. Managers will make you false promise. No promotion until you ask for it. Higher management will change the policy whenever they require.

Dislikes

1. Worst project assignment 2. Almost projects are maintenance and supports. 3. You can be deployed to any client even you are not willing to work on that project. 4. Managers will deploy the Engineers like labors not as per their skill set and expertise 5. For finance related queries you have to raise the request but team will not take your requests before 2 months or more. 6. Totally services and consulting but HR tells they are only in product engineering

The project level learning is good and can't be extended beyond a limit. We can work on our learning curve and learn much things. We can't get much monetary benefits here, so demand and get a higher CTC when you join.

Dislikes

...en for certifications, we can't get reimbursed as they have a ton of conditions. The Longevity bonus from client that was promised when joining has not been provided. Since they don't have this in written in Appointment letter, they are not responding sensibly to this when questioned.

There is no job security for 6 year's experience guy..no hike since last 2.5 years...too much micromanagement... In a year will get 15 earned leave and it will be carry forward to next FY as count 5...after acuired by Hitachi too much cost cutting and no hike.. Don't fall on track of joining bonus and fixed component.
