Work Culture is Okay.

Dislikes

Almost no growth. No promotions or increments. Even a promotion will fetch you not more than 10% hike in salary. Don't expect a yearly appraisal of more than 3%-5%. Almost running a scam. HR is full of idiots. Indian team treated as cheap labour.

it is a place where one can learn more about the core sector which is electricity and power in my case. However beyond this with respect to tools and methodology mapping and planning there is really not much of a learning which can be expected from this company.

...ted with the core sector that is really not much of growth in terms of learning. The pay is really very low and quite a decent bit away from the industry standard on the negative scale.

I liked discipline in the Organization, all employees are respected and issues will be resolved quickly, salary gets credited on time, it's a best option to learn skills....
