...eekends at times. 3. They give peanuts in the name of promotion or appraisal. 4. Salary not at all competitive. 5. You will get to see lots of office dinosaurs who are not efficient enough to serve the organisation but holding senior positions. 6. HRs are noting but the puppets of managers. 7. A good place for shoe lickers. 8. They are yet to implement any advanced BI tools. 9. Primitive culture across the organisation as most of the APMs, practice heads are iconoclasts. 10. They force employees to fill timesheet with incorrect details. Managers & practice head clearly instruct to fill timesheet with 8hrs/day even after making associates to work for 15 hours a day.

The best part is flexibility to work but need to reach the targets at any cost.

Dislikes

The worst thing is very poor salary, worst HR policies, no proper appraisals, no growth and opportunities, and hinders your work-life balance.

I worked in Projects and Tenders for 2+ years. I best thing about my work was supportive collegues, good work life balance and process intensive work. It is a good company for freshers but donot accept much career growth.

it is a place where one can learn more about the core sector which is electricity and power in my case. However beyond this with respect to tools and methodology mapping and planning there is really not much of a learning which can be expected from this company.

...ted with the core sector that is really not much of growth in terms of learning. The pay is really very low and quite a decent bit away from the industry standard on the negative scale.
