Overall working here is good but there is no job security as good things are always ignored and mistakes get easily highlighted. You can give ideas for innovation but it is never implemented on time but later it gets implemented. There is no career growth and hence mind never remains steady as you are always looking for a different job. It therefore effects work-life balance.
