Working over here is something you learn to expose yourself in the field of knowledge, work related to the project, and through travelling you gain knowledge of insights of different companies and their working environment. There is good rapport with co-workers hence working here is good .

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Overall working here is good but there is no job security as good things are always ignored and mistakes get easily highlighted. You can give ideas for innovation but it is never implemented on time but later it gets implemented. There is no career growth and hence mind never remains steady as you are always looking for a different job. It therefore effects work-life balance.

Work Details

I am looking after trial and testing of machines and also site installations. I am also involved in giving service backup to customers in India and overseas.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
