The organization is not in compliance, and the culture and salary are never on time. Several employees have not received their PF amount from January 2024 to July 2024, but they have not sent a single amount to the PF account, despite their promises to refund the money. Even though a small number of employees completed the case, they made misleading statements, and they haven't paid a FNF sum to those who have served their notice term since last year.

Employees never received their salary on time. Work pressure. No Job security. Not even paying the ex- employees fnf amount, the ex- employees were literally coming to the office for their fnf still their fnf was kept on hold without any reason.

...m here. They hire more people but salaries are delayed for more than one month. Salary slips are not provided here. No training provided. No HR processes in place and HR department works on the will of directors only. Separation with the company is much more complicated because fnf is done in 4 to 5 months after leaving the company. So join this company with your own judgement.

Employees are the only motivation to work here. Good people and nice team.

Work culture is very progressive, have good team bonding. Client communication is smooth and company gives lots of opportunity for growth and learning.

I had been associated with this company for quite a good time and i feel it would be perfect to pen down my experience at this company. First thing first i joined this company with lots of ambitions and have observed it to be a company with one of the best management team who go all out to support its employee. Its work culture is such that on day to day basis you feel it more like your family . But off late have observed a few employee who take the undue advantage of their management and dont even bother to serve the notice period and take the digital platform as an arm twisting tool . My sincere advice to such people follow the work ethics and be a good human .
