No Standard Operating Procedure. Newcomers get far more better salary as compared to seniors. Seniors may be getting 30k whereas the juniors get 40k as starting salary.

... the real picture of the organisation. Everything was given at the last moment . No proper rules and regulations which one should abide by specially in terms of benefits and salary. final accounts are not being settled even after 5 months of leaving the job. Horrible experience of working as a teacher

...t GIIS was good. My teammates were cooperative, caring, always there to help me. The salary I received was not up to my expectations but I hope for appraisal evert year which should be given. I have learned a lot of things and have upgraded my knowledge. I love that they give opportunity to hard working people to show their equality.
