No Standard Operating Procedure. Newcomers get far more better salary as compared to seniors. Seniors may be getting 30k whereas the juniors get 40k as starting salary.

The school is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest teaching skills, students' growth pre-games, and technology. Good colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and work happily in collaboration. Teachers acquire knowledge from various teaching-learning programs.

My favorite think about GIIS Punggol has to be the smart technology that is integrated into the teaching curriculum. Not only has it made it is easier for me to teach, the students seem to be responding better to it then traditional textbook reading.
