There is nothing to be like except team with you have worked excluding managers.

Dislikes

Family centric organizations there is no respect for employees morale and values, their work ethics and dedication towards the work. Nothing to be like there. No promotions, no appraisals, even not a single phrase of appreciation they can convey to their employees. Sucking people at all. Hilarious experience.. Behaving like a slave with employees and when they defend for themselves then fire the people.

Keeping in mind Company has decided to work from home on a regular basis at least for this whole financial year and there is very flexible policy if someone want to work in office can take seat on a co-working space, company is focusing on work rather than hours spent.

Company is good paymaster and year on year appraisals are fulfilling but not on time its take 2 or 3 month for appraisal If you want work-life balance its good here Teammates are so helpful and dedicated to their work Job security point of view its like semi govt. job, you never feel negative Work environment is good here you can take help from coworkers because every employee is so helpful and respect each other

One can do self learning.

Dislikes

Dominating mentors . Company runs just on 2 dominating men, who don't actually want anyone else to highlighted as working. If you perform well and 1 of them feels that he as to do some work because of you. He will mark you as unproductive. Customer reviews doesn't matter. They want there supremacy to be maintained. At the end you land up with no job if you do smart work.
