(1) Salary gets credited on 10th of next month, which means your salary gets delayed by 10 days. This shows how inefficient their salary-processing system is. (2) If you're in Marketing, then you've to compulsorily sign BOND, which means you can't work in other Accounting Firms (Competitors) for 2 years after leaving the company. (3) If you're in Marketing, then after leaving, the company will STEAL all your LinkedIn accounts and Email IDs that you created to generate leads in the name of some random policy/protocol. (4) After working here for sometime, you'll realise that Govt. sector is far more sensible & efficient than Global FPO. (5) Company doesn't run by the book. Here, rules are being bent/broken if other person is senior and/or favourite of the management. (6) Complaint Redressal System looks good only on paper. Here, HR Ops doesn't take action especially when the complaint is against a senior person. (7) Favouritism, Nepotism & Boot-licking are serious issues here. (8) In 2025, company provides health insurance cover of just ₹2 lakh only. This shows how much value Global FPO gives to the health & wellbeing of its employees. (9) Quality of tea/coffee that you get here is not good. It's better to pay & drink from outside. (10) Six months incentive will be paid in the 9th month. (11) Employee gets 1.33 casual leaves per month. I don't know how the management arrived at this magical number. Here, casual leaves are NOT casual. Leave-approvals depend entirely upon your "relationship" with the manager. (12) Top-rated reviews that you see on Google and may be here, are NOT genuine. Management forced its employees to rate good on social media platforms. After all of this, you'll realise that Management of Global FPO suffers from insecurity & narrow-minded mentality and it cares only about its own interests and certainly NOT the interest of employees.

they are just terrible people working without process, they credit the salary on the 10th of every month, but the government guidelines are that the salary should be credited on the 7th of every month. They will put you on PIP even if you are on probation, I mean when you are on probation it means that you are already on the performance improvement plan.

...s and beautiful people who only help you grow but never judge your capabilities. The salary structure is up to the market standards. So overall, it is a great place to work.

If you are someone, who are willing to put in the efforts., Global FPO is a perfect platform. I am grateful to the confidence and skills I have gained here. They will provide you immense opportunities and if you perform well your every effort is recognized.

It is a growing company and consider the needs of employees. Senior management is approachable to discuss your concerns specially Mr. Gaurav Srivastav (Director) and Mrs. Anshu Bansal (Senior Manager). It was worthy to be the part of their team and so much to learn from their experience and expertise. They were the best senior one could get with the down to earth nature.
