An organization with poor leadership. Neither the group level leadership was keen to improve nor the management team within the company wants to. Lost many high quality team members left the company who are very successful elsewhere. I advice, opt for position in the company ONLY AS THE LAST-RESORT.

Dislikes

The company leadership present impossible goals to group level management, most of the staff well aware that the goals are more to please the top-management. But, the group-level management accepts it blindly and after 3-4 years they learn it didn't work. Such incidents occurred 4 times in last 15 years. Now, the company is no where in the frozen food business. Apart from that, the company never oblige to the terms and conditions they agree while recruiting the staff. The company is well known for EXPLOITATION OF IT'S PEOPLE. For this company, EMPLOYEES ARE LAST.

There is nothing that is good in this company anymore. The new management is highly influenced by political moves and the company isnt what it used to be.

Dislikes

Lack of emphasize in giving the employees their private space. There is no care about family and to support them. Run by a bunch of Egyptians the company is one of the worst place right now to work.

Unethical top management. No regard for professionalism. Prefers policy employees who can play politics. No regard for employees time and family. Uncultured. Disregards employees concern for own benefits. Hire and fire policy. Can jeopardize someone's career at once. Not recommended as a stable company to work with. Pathetic HR policies. Please be careful while selecting this company to work with for career development.
