...h different FMCG companies, I had the worst ever experience working with Global. People working in the market is given very less importance in the case of salary. They are not bothered to give a decent salary to the backbone of sales, that is marketing staff's.. I still remember the face of a PO who received 800rs as a full month salary. where he was productive in all days. This company lack basis humanity and respect to the colleagues. The most painful experience was I lost my family life because of the unwanted pressure from the so called boss and late night works after travelling more than 350 km in a day. I hope everything will be fine if such person removed from the company. I have no idea how many distributors and PO's were quited because of the lack of credibility

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

This is great organization and all the colleagues cooperate. At the time of covid-19, the company had cut salary by 40%. It was a time when we all had to work together and we did the same. Some decisions are very harsh but they are necessary. Very happy that everyone understood this problem and accepted the company's decision. The company understood each of our problems with seriousness and solved them.

I don't have anything that may call the company wrong. Every company pressures to employee for sale. I don't get it wrong. Because that's our job. If the work for which we have been placed is not completed, then we will have to go from the company. In the end, I would say the company ( Global Consumer Products Pvt. Ltd.) is very honest.

As a company it's very good I have learn most of the things here there was a training programme salary and expanse was in time. Working environment was good new product was in pipe line so over all it was good company

Growth was slow product was slow moving compare to other compiteter company marketing was not good there was a issue of short expiry product
