I like that the company is transparent and employee centric

Dislikes

... function needs improvement. Especially the onboarding process is not organised. I did not have a salary discussion and was sent the appointment letter and the only option I had was to accept or reject the offer. I raised this with head of HR and was told this will be reviewed after 6 months and then I reached out before my annual review but never got a response.

...ion progress and plans with everyone in the organization on regular intervals. Monitory benefits and perks - GC gives better pays and hike which will be as per market or a level above the market which keeps us motivated.

...r utilization or resource and helps in achieving upcoming business challenges. Leave policy - Other than national holidays (26th Jan / 15th Aug) we don't get mandatory leave or double pay however for other Indian holidays (Festival holidays / state holidays). Also in other MNC's employees get benefits of UK holidays (Bank holidays / Boxing day) but we get only Christmas and new year.

Employee Friendly culture. Pre-covid it was even better. Micromanagement is very minimal. A lot of managers are really good and caring and have genuine concerns for your growth.

... is not doing very okay and it has impacted other benefits provided by the org. Salary is not as competitive as per the current market. Sometimes, you may face biaseness and related consequences like coming 2nd in promotions.

Work from home Flexible working hours Lot of learning in tech Managers support to imporve the skills

Dislikes

Hike and bonus sometimes good and sometimes you wont get any Promotion not sure when will get for the good performance

The work culture and the people are the best part. The work-life balance is great and people here make sure that an employee is well rested and that helps in productivity. The work timings are flexible which also help is time management for other aspects of life.

The salary/compensation part is good but the appraisal not as much as compared to the work load. Growth is a bit slow, however, the work I do here is recognized and appreciated.
