...a they just think the new guy should know everything. Lastly the canteen is pvt. you have to pay minimum 50 still you don't get quality food.

There is one thing that is work-life balance. Holidays are less with extra working. One more thing is company has changed the notice period from 1month to 3months.

...h July as per new hr policy. Employee has to stay for 90 days after resignation. No salary compensation can change it. Apart from this the work culture is very good, colleagues are also very good, very importantly glenmark is a good platform for ur career growth

Only the relieving period i don't like except dat everything is good.

Work environment is very good, scope for learning different techniques for better career is good, salary is totally depends on performance.good for fresher candidates for bright future.

Improper training for new candidate, high work pressure so required to extend daily 2-3 hrs. Required working on weekends also.
