...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

They are supporting to a very large extent. They gave full salary inspite not going to work for even a single day in a month during lockdown. Most importantly if anyone gets corona infection company is helping them in all means.

...a teamwork. In glenmark training should be given properly & regularly & updated. Job security 100%, Since glenmark joining most of jobs offers from reputed company, & salary structure is good. Work environment freely & friendly. So, my overall work experience in glenmark so great & l'm lucky as a part of glenmark & proud to be as a glenmakian. Glenmark is Brand name.

...a they just think the new guy should know everything. Lastly the canteen is pvt. you have to pay minimum 50 still you don't get quality food.

No money issue.. Different way for earn money like incentive, bonus....But ZERO life balance.

12-16 hrs working... Sunday working culture.. C-Off laps... No cantine facility... Paid lunch, dinner... If you ready for Forget Family.. Then Ok.
