The only positive thing is that the company is in the city.

...pur plant is far backward. Here huge difference is observed in HR policies also. Earlier the overtime compensation was Rs. 25 per hour and management was exploiting the manpower and as soon as the overtime charges are raised to Rs. 150 per hour, either the employee has to exit punch 5-10 min before 2 hours so the OT will not be applicable or the manager will not approve the OT.

Seniors are very co-operative and helping nature. Just like home for Maharashtrian and Goan people. Appraisals are fair.

Parents insurance, food compensation not included in your policy. You have to pay separately & 3 months notice period.

In Glenmark there is good work culture and a suitable environment for learner but when if we talk about pay than it is tuff here , but job is safe here. Over all it is a better than nothing.

In Glenmark some coluge are treat politics and whole year you are a hard worker but in last when time comes of increment then boss cheat with doer, and this is a process of increment its called KRA.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

They are supporting to a very large extent. They gave full salary inspite not going to work for even a single day in a month during lockdown. Most importantly if anyone gets corona infection company is helping them in all means.
