No focus on career growth of individual employees. All efforts of HR seem to be on saving money by limiting compensation or hiring cheaper people rather than employee skill development. No efforts made for team bonding activities.

I feel very bad when any one come from any company for senior post..and already Glenmark has old and Performers employer who serve last 7 years.. that's all

...h July as per new hr policy. Employee has to stay for 90 days after resignation. No salary compensation can change it. Apart from this the work culture is very good, colleagues are also very good, very importantly glenmark is a good platform for ur career growth

Only the relieving period i don't like except dat everything is good.

After 16 years of service company didn't think about the lady employee. Without discussing transfer to other state without increase of salary which is not possible for a lady with 4years child.

Their is no job security. I have given my cream time to company but now I have to resign. HR department is not at all listing to employee's problem. HR is called as human doctor but in this company they are not treating like a doctor who can solve your problems.

Good workin environment.Excellentvtraining facility. Good salary, Travelling is average, for learning there is enough

Travelling is average in summer mostly used non AC buses, Food/Canteen facility is provided by Third party that's cause it's costly and bad quality, tea is also bad quality
