Terrible , I mean I couldn't believe at the age of 54 years the GSK mg-mt will behave the way the have

All teammates were opportunist , training was good, 0 job security, 0 career growth opportunity, salary okay/ appraisal, bad process, traveling okay, Too much politics, good learning, No workable environment now, innovative idea's not accepted positive-lively by the mg-mt, work life balance not good it almost zero

There is salary issue even after spending ample of years in the company. Carrier growth opportunities are very less where a individual works for many year in same designation for long time ,no one guides or show the path towards the goal.

...t is turning from value oriented organization to business oriented organization. Unnecessary tasks and formats are being introduced, and the management is least intrested in giving salary hike for its employees. They havent signed the settlement with the union though the earlier settlement got expired back in 2019. IT will be hard for GSK to survive in India if the management remains stubborn to its demotivated employees.

This company has big popular brands in it's portfolio, which boosts your professional confidence in front of doctors. You get to thoroughly learn the basics of your job, to learn every detail of different ways of doing your job fruitfully. The company instills in you several values, culture and etiquettes of being a good person.

Dislikes

There is lack of monetary motivation. The task of achieving sales targets needs some kind of motivation in form of extra monetary compensation or other benefits which the company does not provide. When you give work pressure on your employee, you should also know how to reward him appropriately. This is a big disappointment. This kills healthy competition among teammates and ambition for growth.

Company policies were great. Training programs are excellent. Good compensation.

Dislikes

They claims that their are no targets in GSK, but in reality the company will ask you monthly objective. Only thing is that they do not use the term target, instead they use objective or plan. Senior people are trapped in the organization and they are forced to do unethical practice in market. They will compel others to do the same. Career growth are very rare.
