The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am apart of a team that markets reliable, high - quality products and has a global clients bace.I also like the employee re -hair policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.Managersdo not value an individuals' which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of times. Senior floks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Pros - 1) No pay cut during Covid 2) Excellent medical facility 3) Learning Stint 4) Excellent in IT and Data analysis

Cons- 1) No Career growth at the officer/executive level. 2) Salary is too low. 3) Expense for Field salespeople are very low. 4) Politics. 5) Toxic Work Culture. 6) Career Uncertainty .

We all know hindustan unilever is big brand company well famed wll named company but you don't know the truth behind this company stratigies....We working jn this company through contract because they don't recurite us directly...They made a contract with there suitable desire...Like they recurite you for limited period of time like 9 months in a year or less...if you tale leaclve for one day it will be big issue they'll make it big issue abd try to fire you... they do production works throug FTC but sometimes they go below the belt and give some type of that work you gonna reject and company get point to fire u.. like they Will tell u to cleaning the plates of canteen or sweeping in fllor area..My overall exprience is very bad to this companY.....HR behaviour toward us is very rude....I personally suggest search for other work where you go appreciated not insulted by company...

Employee friendly organization. Its unfortunate that the company got acquired by HUL. Else its the best cultured fmcg organization.

Dislikes

Nothing much except the fixed part of the employees are a bit lower. But its gets compensated with huge incentives and bonus. Its the company where you work and earn money.
