Lot of Micro Management. Leave policy is petatic. Lots of deduction in salary.

Understanding - which is now rare to be seen. Every business needs profit and they are running behind this word but GKHR is unique from that. They understand their employees very well and render support accordingly. Even though im not a part of GKHR now im sure that the team will be there for me even now. Blessed to be a part of GKHR family which unfortunately didnt go forward due to emergency personal issues.

Permanent work from home, which is there for more than 12 years . Where as for others it is just the beginning. Huge learning opportunities and training for people at all levels

Reports and statistics still on Excel, there is opportunity to make it in to CRM
