...available to address our concerns. HR has not responded to any of our inquiries. There have been no salary hikes, no hybrid work options, no promotions, and no appraisals. It feels like HR is avoiding employees whenever we raise issues. My last meeting with HR was in October 2023, and it's been a year since then. My advice to future employees: Do not choose this company.

I will never ever suggest anyone to join Allegis. They hire just to get commission from your salary. Harrasment No value No job security Torture Suffering every second Doesn't know even of a second when you will be fired.

Minimal salary deduction

Leaves gets deducted without even applying, management, environment, always unavailable HR, Escalations wont work on HR, no body cares about emails, you'd get no help when you'd actually need, waste of money in Insurance as they wont help you, etc, etc

Only work life balance is good that is also based in client you are serving

Dislikes

Candidate got hired on contractual based on client requirement. No job security as candidate are not at direct pay roll so they get fired when client say they don't need any more.

If you’ve prior experience and directly deployed at client location, your life will be easy. But as most of the OEM’s use Third Party Employees for 3D and 2D, you’ll not get to learn as much as the ones who are directly working for an OEM.
