Comfortable, clean and healthy office lawn and flexible infrastructural facilities. Provide works according to employee's skill ability. Provide permanent employment letter after 2 days of joining. Opportunity of work from home. Provide advantages to the remote-working employees. Provides leaves whenever needed.

Dislikes

work-life balance can be affected due to huge work pressure or excessive load of task responsibility. Less co-operative and competitive behavioural mentality of co-workers Or colleagues. Lack of promotional opportunity or appraisal.
