...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year....

We have nice and experienced trainers. Very friendly environment. I like the programmes conducted by the company. There is no politics behind us.

Dislikes

Compensation is average, but work is high. Sometimes I don't get my leaves approved and have to work on week off too. And the manager don't value the unique strengths of an individual.

...ning is very good in gj solutions. But, job security is less. No carrier growth. Salary very less, there is also of politics also b/w TL & employers- itzz very disgusting...... Overall itz not a good experience to me

It's totally friendly and working cultural on focused task. Though it's little bit challenging but rewarding also.

Dislike is only the payment is very low, which making me not satisfied to work there.

*Supervisor here target employee & shout and treat them so worse * Even after shift timings if we don't reach ACHT superiors will ask to work for 30 mins more * Too much call flow everyday * We have to reach office before 30 mins and leave after 30 mins * They don't provide any leaves Upto 1st three months and even after that it's really hard to get leave even for 1 day. *We only have 1 Week off per week that too it'll be decided by team leader he'll give weekoff whenever he wants not when we need. *They will not approve resignation. We have to work like a labour literally *They don't provide relieving/experience letter if we work less than 8 months. *The supervisor will remove emergency breaks. To be honest even for washroom we have to ask their permission and go only whenever they permit to go.
